Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
- Take reasonable steps to notify the user of their right to file a counter-notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity within ten business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.
Limitations
This DMCA policy applies only to claims of copyright infringement. For other intellectual property concerns, including trademark infringement or right of publicity violations, please contact us directly at the contact information provided above.
